Ranging from ages 4 to 6, our Impact Kids class is an exciting way for any young beginner to learn the foundations of Tae Kwon-Do. This program is designed to introduce the basics of Taekwondo in a fun, yet traditional way. Our goal is for the students to leave each class with a smile on their face, while at the same time instilling important Taekwondo values such as discipline, focus, confidence, and teamwork. We also look to develop basic motor skills, coordination, balance, and a firm foundation of Taekwondo technique.
For ages 7 and older, our Impact Taekwondo class is just the right push to take them to the next level both in fitness and martial arts. This program is designed to promote fitness and self-control for students while also teaching respect. Our goal is to help students develop confidence in themselves while also working fitness and techniques required for Taekwondo. We recommend this class for families who want to work out and spend time with their children or teenagers.
The Warriors class is our program for special needs athletes ages 6 and up. In this class, we make sure each student is comfortable and progressing at their own pace while also teaching them the techniques and benefits of Taekwondo.
IMPACT SELF DEFENSE CLASS
Beginning at age 13 and up, our Impact Self-Defense class is great for anyone looking for a faster pace, higher level workout. This class is a perfect opportunity to learn self-defense and get in shape!
